Albeit being a princess ever since her birth, Princess Charlotte‘s parents need to fills up the same birth certificate as what any other member of the British commonwealth do. However, being a princess, there are few things unique on her birth certificate.

Both the parents and the newborn baby’s names come with the title. As such, two lines are required to fill up the name cum the title. As expected, the address would be Kensington Palace, and the occupations of father and mother are Prince and Princess of United Kingdom.
